Special Town Council meeting includes discussion on Helene recovery efforts

The Black Mountain Town Council held a special Town Council meeting on February 17, 2025 at Town Hall to discuss, among other topics, Hurricane Helene recovery efforts. This meeting was open to the public, except for a Closed Session.
